This class takes place over two weekends: March 7-9 and April 4-6. Participants must attend BOTH weekends.

This two-weekend ACA L4 Swift Water Rescue Instructor Training will be taught by Jordan Taylor, an ACA L4 Whitewater Kayaking Instructor Trainer and L5 Advanced Whitewater Kayaking Instructor. He is an ACA L4 Instructor in both Swiftwater Rescue and Whitewater Canoeing; Wilderness First Responder; and a Leave No Trace Master Educator. Jordan has been instructing whitewater paddlesports since 1993.

Cost: Final fee is dependent on how many individuals participate in the course. Jordan Taylor is charging a flat fee of $6,400 and will take up to 12 students. If all slots are filled, it will be $534/person.

Location: Ocoee River Experience. This campground is the old River Rats, under new management and rebranded. Water-based training will either be on the Ocoee River or the Hiwassee River, depending on flow.
